The orders issued by Mr. Jayram Ramesh, Environment Minister to demolish the Adarsh Cooperative Housing Society building in Mumbai, which seems to have been built in violation of Coastal Regulation Zone Notification of 1991, is a strong signal to all those who think that the legal provisions and the laws in this country can be manipulated. I know that there are still many ifs and buts to the demolition action but still the order reinforces the faith of people in public administration and brings some credibility to the noise of the politicians that they intend to curb and control corruption/corrupt practices in the country. Most
of the Judges are high character
The
effectiveness with which the Supreme Court of India is handlingvarious

message must go to all the scamesters in the country that they are being
watched and can be held

Supreme Court of India as well as Parliament must examine the feasibility
of introducing laws

do not say that scams and frauds are not there in other countries but the
legal systems there do not

The
Prime Minister and his Cabinet colleagues deserve to be richly
complimented for denying a Visa to the Former Pakistan President Mr.Pravez Musharraf. It is a welcome sign of India’s maturity in Foreign Policy. The enemies need not be pampered.
