    Killadi
Killadi (2007) is a forthcoming high budget Action Tamil film directed by A. Venkatesh. The film stars Bharath and Nila in the lead roles, with Roja, Vivek and Ashish Vidyarthi in support roles. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by Srikanth Deva. The film started in February 2007 after the completion of Bharath's Koodal Nagar and Salem Chandrasekhar's production, Sabari. Early reports claim that the film will be a mature action love story.

Barath plays the role of an easy-going college student who takes nothing seriously. He follows a "take-it-easy policy" as do the present-day youth. He always takes life's challenges in a playful way. He falls in love with Nila. His none-too-serious love affair lands him in situations with dangerous consequences. How will he overcome these problems?.

Nila pairs with Bharath . Her character typifies a traditional south Indian girl. Vivek plays comedian. A new face, Sampath, has been introduced as a villain, in addition to Asish Vidyarthi and many other supporting characters.

Pattukkottai Prabhakar has written the dialogues. He has worked with Venkatesh for the films "Mahaprabhu" and "Bhagavathi".

     Meera Chopra - Nitin
Leelatharan, or Lee, (Sibiraj) as he is fondly known, is part of a close-knit group of friends of 10-11 in number. They work in local odd-jobs in the Triplicane area and make their living and play football in their leisure time. This is a fun-loving group of young boys, but one can tell that what keeps them together is not just casual jobs, but a bond older and stronger than this…

Part of this group is also Chellam, short for Chellamaal (Nila), who works at a hospital for the mentally challenged. Chellam has met them randomly a few times and now, friendship has started to bloom.

One day, Lee and his friends buy a handgun and make a plan to shoot one of the top ministers in the state. They actually manage to get close enough to him to fire shots, but the man escapes behind his bulletproof glass. Unfortunately, Chellam sees this happening and is shocked. She confronts them and demands to know if they are terrorists in the making!

We are taken to the past with Lee and his friends at college…

Lee and his friends were part of their college’s football team, with the fiery and inspiring Butthiran (Prakashraj) as their coach. The head of the institution Rangabashyam (Jageer) has an unruly son and powerful political contacts. One day, he asks Butthiran to take his son too as part of the team, talent or none, notwithstanding. The stern and correct Butthiran refuses. He tells him quite simply that Lee and the rest of the boys are not casual players, but selected for their various talents from all over the state by him, whereas Rangabashyam’s son is little more than a rowdy troublemaker. He bluntly tells Rangabashyam to advise his son to “clean up” his goonda and druggie act and put his game together instead.

    What's it about
The film is all about a young man risking his life to bring the estranged lovers together.

Bangaram (Pawan Kalyan) is a journalist. His ambition in life is to join in BBC. His boss fires him, when he fails to bring the interview of a terrorist leader. Bangaram approaches the chairperson of the channel, Peddireddy (Mukeshi Rishi). By consequence of events, Bangaram is forced to spend some days with Peddireddy's family consisting of his two daughters –

Sandhya (Meera Chopra) and Vindhya (Baby). Impressed with local faction leader Bhoomareddy's (Ashutosh Rana) style of functioning Peddireddy fixes his daughter Sandhya's marriage with Bhoomareddy's brother. The story then turns. Sandhya has a lover (Raja) with whom she is planning to get married soon. The rest of the film is how our hero Bangaram brings the two lovers together.

    Analysis
In one word, you can say it is good film. On the surface, the film's basic storyline is similar to that of Tarun's disaster, Soggadu. But Bangaram is loaded with factionism in second half. Though the basic plot of the film is interesting but the director's inability to narrate to hold the audiences' interest till the end worsens the film. The first half is very slow, and the post interval scenes are laced with too much violence and logic less situations. But Pawan tries to salvage the film in the last 20 minutes with his befitting performance. Even technically it is good film. Meera Chopra is also Good.

    Jambhavan (2006)

    Satyam Sivam Sundaram (2006)
Cast: Nitin, Meera Chopra, Raghu Babu, Venu madhav
    Direction: Siddhik
    Production: B Srinivasa Raju
Nitin is said to have done a good job in the film. The film refers to three different facets in his character...
Abbas, who is familiar to Tollywood right from his 'Prema Desam' days, is playing a baddie in the movie...
"We intended to make a hilarious comedy devoid of slapstick," says Siddique...
He thanks writer Chintapalli Ramana for helping him come up with a watertight script and "innumerable" comic punch lines. Meera Chopra looks very gorgeous.

    Anbe Aaruyire (2005) Best Friend
    Directed by S.J. Suryah
    Produced by Oscar V Ravichandran
    Starring
    S.J. Suryah
    Nila (MEERA CHOPRA )
    Music by A. R. Rahman
    Released 2005
    Language Tamil
    Budget 70,000,000
Anbe Aaruyire (2005) is a Tamil film directed by S.J. Suryah. The film stars himself, Nila, Urvashi, Santhana Bharathy and Lollu Sabha Santhanam. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by A. R. Rahman. The story tells the fantasy world of memories how loves reunite.
    Plot
Siva (S.J. Suryah) is a scribe (an investigative one, mind you) and he shares a live-in relationship with Madhu (Meera Chopra) who is rich and bratty. They have their hot-headed run-ins and they have their even hotter patch-ups.

Things come to a head when Madhu gets down to start a restaurant with her brother's friend. A nosey and envious Siva can't take it, and hence a split between the duo. But the fun just starts as the fantasy element steps in the form of their 'apparitional' alter egos. Eventually they come together, but there is plenty of over-the-top fun that typical post-teen youths salivate on.

    Trivia
    Acknowledged as Nila's first film
The visual graphics were done by Soundarya, daughter of Rajnikanth.
It was S.J.Suryah's fourth film after Vaali, Khushi and New.
For the first time ever in Indian cinema visual graphics were done in an entire song in not one but 3 songs.
This was one of the succesful films in 2005
