After Ayya and Swamy, actor Darshan plays a sincere cop for the third time in his career in Arjun, produced by Jayanna. His role is that of a cop determined to weed out corruption. Meera Chopra (Nila) is the heroine. Arjun has been in the news even before its shooting is completed. Termed as an out and out action film, it also has comedy and sentiments.

The highlight of the movie is its four action scenes, directed by action director Ravi Verma. Two brand new Bolero and five Tata Sumo vehicles have been pulverized to create the action scenes realistically. Ravi Verma is leaving no stone unturned and the action scenes includes Kalari fights, car chases and vehicles being thrown into the air with the background sound of cannon blasts. 

The movie has been shot extensively on locations of Austria, Germany, Bangkok, Mysore and Dhanushkoti.The climax scene, which features extensive action, is heard to be over 20 minutes long. The film is set to release on August 15th.
