It is not just the women, the men are his big fans too. Like Ghanshyam Baman, a sweeper who works with Mumbai's cleaning body and is a BA drop out. He was on Salman Khan's TV show, 10 Ka Dum. 

Speaking in English, he was simply delirious to be standing next to Salman and proclaimed: "I am a winner!" 

And, it seems Salman does not restrict his hugs to women alone. He must have hugged Ghanshyam a dozen times. 

Impressed with Ghanshyam's positive attitude he appealed to all Mumbaikars to help keep the city clean and not create additional work for Ghanshyam and his ilk. 

Unfortunately, Ghanshyam did not make it as a contestant on the show but that did not deter his enthusiasm to do a spirited jig with Salman. 

He left, but not without reminding Salman to say a 'hello' to each one of his friend who works with him in cleaning the drains. 

So happy was Salman with Ghanshyam's demeanour that a little bird tells us that backstage Salman gifted him a cheque!
