The entire Bollywood janta made its presence felt at Katrina Kaif's birthday bash in Bandra yesterday. But we could not help but wonder why the birthday girl look so sullen and unhappy. The pretty babe looked really sad throughout the party and left in a rush as if she was just waiting for an opportunity to leave.

Karan Johar joined her too and asked her to get into the car or else Shah Rukh would get upset. Some distance away Gauri squeezed herself into the BMW to land on Khan's lap! 

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone

The most happening couple of B'wood this year, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were also there. They are and were inseparable at the party as well. Looked like their love life was going strong...and again that made us feel doubly sad for Katrina and Salman!

Salim Khan 
Salim saab, in fact, has made it clear that all his girlfriends, so far, have used Sallu boy for career-climbing reasons.
We do hope that Kat baby manages to impress Salim uncle for a happy future.

Shah Rukh came in with Gauri and was kind enough to help one TV cameraman when he fell down. Khan picked him up and made sure he was fine. But media was not so cooperative when he was leaving. They surrounded him so badly that Gauri found it hard to get into the car. She started walking down the road with friend Alison Kanuga. 

Well, the reason could have been her beau Salman Khan's late arrival. Apparently, he almost did not make it to the party and drove down from his Panvel farmhouse at the last minute. The actors really looked like they were not having a FUN birthday party. And when they got in to the car together, Katrina's ma followed to chaperone.
