of cenotaphs is a marble screen most elegently executed. Shahjahan erected
here a screen of pure silver studded with gems at a cost of Rs.600 thousand.
But for the fear of robbery it was replaced in 1672 A.D. with the present
marble screen, which took 10 years to construct at the cost of Rs.50000.
