The Bachchan family is
all over Beti B at the moment but director Sanjay Leela Bhansali found
a way to distract the new mom and lure her into coming back to films. According
to the latest buzz in the media circle, Bhansali had a very hush-hush meeting
with Aishwarya to discuss a project post her pregnancy. Apparently, the
script has been written keeping Ash in mind and it is touted to be a heroine
centric film. If you recall, it was Bhansali who put the former Miss World
on the map of Bollywood with blockbusters Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Devdas.
No wonder Ash did not refuse the director’s humble request. The film is
scheduled to go on floors by mid 2012 and we hear that Ash is quite keen
on doing the project. While most actors take a break of about a year or
two after their delivery, Ash doesn’t seem too keen on a long holiday.
Not that we are complaining! In fact, we are really looking forward to
seeing Ash light up the big screen again
During Aishwarya Rai's
pregnancy, there were reports that Sanjay Leela Bhansali had visited her
in her in-laws house Jalsa and had discussed about a film that he intended
to do with Aish.
It is now being revealed
that the film in discussion was Bajirao Mastani, which Bhansali had planned
way back in 2003 with Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan in the lead. However,
as per the latest plan, Salman will be replaced by Shahrukh Khan. |
