Indian Premier League team Royal Challengers Bangalore won’t be riding on actress Katrina Kaif fame. The actress has stepped down as the brand ambassador of the team. A close source said her decision came as a result of her busy schedule. Kats will reportedly begin shooting for Yash Raj Film`s ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ during the start of IPL-4. Sadly for Bangalore IPL team, Katrina’s acting career takes the front row. Katrina will be working with Imran Khan and Pakistani singer-actor Ali Zafar in ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’. The film is Ali Abbas Zafar`s directorial debut and is scheduled to release worldwide in July.

Much before we are into the analyzing process, it’s a buzz heard from the closer sources - Katrina Kaif is walking out of Bangalore Royal Challengers Team. She has been associated with the Vijay Mallya’s team for past three years. But this time, the actress isn’t able to manage the dates between the IPL matches and shooting of her upcoming films

Meanwhile, the news about her and Ranbir Kapoor are getting juicier daily. It is learnt that she recently met Ranbir’s grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor. Apparently, the actor took Kats to his ancestral bungalow in Deonar to meet the first lady of B-town. Our source says that Krishna has watched some of Katrina’s movies and acknowledged their friendship. This is definitely a step up for Kats, from spending time at the Krishna-Raj bungalow on Pali Hill, which is the residence of Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.
