“I think marriage is
something very personal question. If people constantly ask that question,
it becomes slightly uncomfortable. It cannot work like that,” Katrina said
when reporters asked her would she replicate her reel life action in real
life and ask Salman Khan, “Why are you not married?”, just as she does
in their film, Ek Tha Tiger. During an interview with NDTV, when Salman
was asked whether Katrina could be Mrs Salman Khan, the actor was very
prompt to answer, "Not stayed away from marriage. Come very close to it,"
but "Marriage ke liye doosri party bhi raazi honi chahiye (The other person
should also be ready for marriage)." So, does that mean Katrina Kaif is
not ready to marry Salman or is she not even interested in love marriage?
“I hope the best phase
of my career is yet to come. A person faces different phases in life, which
include phases of unsettlement where you’re not sure about anything. Right
now my life is only about going to the film sets and coming back home,”
states Katrina.
“Everything in my life
has happened unexpectedly. Whatever happens, it happens for the good. God
has taken care of everything so far, and everything will happen in its
own time,” added the 28-year-old.
The successful British-born
actor once gave six back-to-back hits: Namastey London, Apne, Partner,
Welcome, Race and Singh Is Kinng. She then went on to do films like New
York and Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and proved critics wrong with her powerful
performance in Raajneeti. |
