The industry is abuzz with talk of how Akshay's home banner, Hari Om Entertainment, has offered a three-film deal to Nargis, who was not getting any new projects despite a debut in the hit Rockstar, opposite Ranbir Kapoor in 2011. 

Nargis has, of course, lapped up the deal. The first film of the deal where she will star opposite  The action comedy incidentally unites Akshay with Himesh Reshammiya on screen for the first time.
'Akshay had initially planned to cast Telugu superstar Ileana D'Cruz opposite himself in Khiladi 786. However, he has finalised Nargis now. Two more films will follow. 

Akshay will probably star in both these projects opposite Nargis,' an industry source said. According to sources, Ileana lost Akshay's confidence because her presence in Anurag Basu's Barfee has failed to create much hype.

Nargis Fakhri (born December 2, 1979) is an American model who is to act in an upcoming Bollywood movie. New York based Fakhri, was featured in the 2009 Kingfisher swimsuit calendar. She will be making her film debut in the 2011 Bollywood film Rockstar, opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
akhri also appeared in the America’s Next Top Model, Cycle 3 which started on September 22, 2004. She also auditioned for the Cycle 2 but could not make it to the finals.

And guess who all were there to sing birthday song for the girl? Singer Mohit Chauhan led the choir which included, of course, Ranbir Kapoor, and the producer of the film Hiren Gandhi. 

Nargis declared her birthday earlier on the twitter and wrote, “ITS MY BIRTHDAY! Thanks Mom&Dad(RIP)wish my dad cud c me, n how far i've come n all da things i have achieved. Thank u all the BDAY WISHes.”

Also, if Nargis comes out her Khan fascination then Akshay Kumar is another leading man who does films by dozens and hence always has slots available for newer leading ladies. With casting yet to be finalised for ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI 2 and KHILADI 786 - MADE IN PUNJAB, Nargis could well be trying her luck there as well. 

Ask Nargis about how she wants to extend her wish-list of actors and she says, "Of course whether it is Shahrukh, Salman, Aamir  or any other Khan, I would like to work with them all. Each of these senior actors is so different and I am so much looking forward to making some more amazing films with them. Of course a script has to be great too but with these actors in, I am sure all else will fall in place."
