Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan prefer
to keep away from each other as much as possible. But this did not deter
the latter from buying a house very near to SRK’s Mannat.
The new house has cost Salman a whopping
Rs. 32 crore. As per the stamp duty and registration documents, the triplex
extends across 9,763 square feet, including carpet, affiliated and parking
areas. In the documents it is stated that the actor paid the amount of
Rs. 1.64 crore as stamp duty on the market value of the flat – Rs 32 crore.
Reports have it that Salman is moving
into a swanky Rs.32 crore triplex in an under construction 28-storey building,
called The Address. The building is located at Mumbai's Band Stand.
Salman's new acquisition that he might
soon call his "home" is at a stone's throw from SRK's palatial house. Salman's
new address is not far from the Galaxy apartments, where he currently lives
with his parents Salim and Salma Khan.
