Akshay Kumar’s exit as the host of Colors Screen awards 2012, due to an injury, paved way for Salman Khan, who was to co-host the show with Sajid Khan. Salman, however, was kept away from the occasion in order to avoid any clash with Shah Rukh Khan.

The organisers, fortunately were saved an effort to do s,o as Salman himself was too busy with Celebrity Cricket League Team, Mumbai Heroes. The superstar however, will surely be the part of the show, which will be telecast this weekend.
Salman will be shot separately and through editing, will then be incorportaed in the show which was recorded live. Now, that's some idea!
